President's welcome:

Dear Friends,

Welcome to the web site of the Tucson Chapter of the Brandeis National Committee. We are a non-alumni philanthropic support group of Brandeis University, America's only Jewish-sponsored nonsectarian university. Founded in 1948, Brandeis University is named for the late Supreme Court Justice Louis Brandeis.

The chapter, with its fundraising and educational activities throughout the year, enables its members to connect with each other, with the university, and with the community as we support this fine school.

Funds raised this year are designated for an endowed scholarship for a student from the Tucson area who has been accepted to Brandeis University and qualifies for financial assistance. Your participation will help us reach this goal. Book Fund donations support the Brandeis libraries and their collections.

Members and friends have many opportunities throughout the year to participate in our excellent Study Groups.

Please consider joining us at our open board meetings, working with us in collecting and selling used books on line or at the annual Foothills Mall Used Book Sale, and be sure to attend our varied entertaining functions, designed for your pleasure.

Sincerely,
Lynn Cramer
Chapter President
